Apparently a minimum of two. There could be six teams to be promoted into the Bostick League but shared amongst the three Step 5 Leagues (i.e. SCFL, Kent County League and Combined Counties) - so two from each of those Leagues. However, if either of the two teams from any of those Leagues have not applied for promotion or do not have the appropriate ground grading, then it could be the third and/or fourth teams on a points per game ratio across the Leagues that are offered the promotion place(s). That's my understanding anyway - although it was as clear as mud when presented at the Ryman League mid-season meeting last year and there appear to be various understandings of the way it will work!!
