REFS NEEDED - URGENTLY

Postby fatournament » Wed Jun 30 2010, 09:03

Hi Guys

not sure if this is the place to ask so apologies if offends or causes problems

I've got a tournament on sunday with 400 blokes turning up and only 1 confirmed ref so far - brilliant!!!

We're paying £15 expenses + free food + trophy + beers for anyone who will referee in the tournament

its at waterhall, brighton on Sunday 4th July. First games kick off at 10.00 with registration at 09.00 - final anticipated at 18.00

we've got 5 pitches and are lookign fro 10 refs in total (thats 9 more!)

please come back to me ASAP as will be a complete disaster if cant get the refs for this - we've gone through the FA but only had 1 response so far

Cheers,
Adam

Not surprised you've only got one ref if only payiing £15 for potentially 9 hours attendance. £1.67 per hour!
Who's side are you on ref?

what it does not state is there is a fee of £25 as well so £4.44 an hour assuming the tournie finishes as stated so still poor.Ialso assume players play for the love of the game as they did on Sunday afternoon?
