Dean you will need to put your picture on the web somewhere first. Google something like imageshack or a similar online photo album then sign up for an account.
1/ Post your image there.
2/ Bring up your image on the web then right click your mouse over it bringing up a drop down menu an option of which will be properties.
3/ From there select and copy the images address and paste it in your post.
4/ Drag to select the entire address then click the Img button which is available when you are writing your post.
