Premiership Movements

Jarvis Brook took top billing with a three goal haul over new boys Portslade who are finding the step up from the Championship just a bit tough as their 2nd bottom placing shows, scorers for Brook were King, Penfold and Anderson.

The biggest movers were Lindfield moving up from 4th to 2nd after a 7-1 beating of Buxted' the goals being shared by seven different players ( is this a record i wonder ).

Balcombe dropped one place to 3rd thro not having a match, whilst poor old Smallfield continued their indifferent form dropping to 4th after a 4-1 drubbing by near neighbours Copthorne in their local derby, scorers for the 'yellow bellies' being Morley bros 2, Ross and Fenton, for Smallfield AN Other!
