Angmering v Rogate

Postby Fingers » Mon Oct 24 2005, 14:46

Hi

Can anyone confirm if this fixture is correct Angmering are at home saturday to Rogate and not the other way round. I spoke to someone this morning and they said that Angmering were away to Rogate.

Dont worry Murph I wasnt tapping up a player I was speaking to Smarty.

Cheers

Kev

Thankfully my talents werent needed. the term beg steal and borrow come to mind. Miles Scerri made himself available Friday night which was a boost . He didnt want to let his teamates down. I had a strong starting 11, 1 good defensive sub (not good as we were chasing the game after 10 mins), and 2 subs I have never seen play before but come recommended. It was a tough game to give new players a run out in. I will be up Saturday on scouting mission as we have Rogate in the Intermediate cup in November. Our injury list is longer than Graham Souness's. Arthur started handing out tickets like Glyn Norris does

Just confirming 2.30ko at Angmering.

Sorry late reply, you office boys get too much time on your hands during the day.

Kev, when you say scouting........you obviously mean your checking out Rogate rather than looking at my players, dont' you...!!

Be good to see you. must be your round after in the bar...!!

I watched the first half and Angmering fully deserved their win. Dodgy penalty awarded to Rogate. Big T finish was reminisent of Van Nistelrooy. From what I saw Dan S3wain and Gareth Challen were men of the match.

Good to meet you on Sat Kev was a good game Angmering played out of their skins and they had players missing.

Who do you want next Murph?

Any games on locally in the week EP, Wick etc

well done boys big game big result 2-1 and should have been more and also a clean sheet if not for a doggy pen, looked so much better this week
back 4 looked very solid and no problems, mid field was ever present and battled for the whole game, and two up front well they both scored cant ask more then that?? well done boys now we need to take that result into the next two very hard league game.
