After making the decision at the beginning of last season to rebuild the club and drop down from SCFL to MSFL, we finished 3rd and reached a cup final. We are now in the second phase of rebuilding our friendly club. This includes operating a reserve team for next season. The ethos of the club is to attract local Mid Sussex players. Our average age for our squad last season was 23 years. The colts U16 (who have some very good players) have been training with the 1st team the later part of last season and will be joining the senior club, they will all be 16 plus years of age when season kicks off and will integrate with some new and older existing players. We have a very good set up at Hurst with a hard working committee in situ and regular social events. There is also very good camaraderie and banter amongst the players. We still operate and run the club as a SCFL set up and kept our step 7 grade due to our facilities etc.

So next season we require the following personnel to join our club………

1st team:
Assistant manager/coach (either or both)
Physio (qualified/unqualified)/Medic bag person
Assistant referee/Lino (paid)

Reserve team:
Manager and Assistant manager
Physio (qualified/unqualified)/Medic bag person

We would also like to hear from any local Mid Sussex players of any age for either team that wish to become part of this exciting new phase of Hurstpierpoint FC. We also believe that our membership fee and match fees are the lowest in the MSFL. Pre-season training starts Tuesday 4th July.

If you are interested in any of the above then please contact us by either emailing or for an informal chat phone 07711 916803 or 07707 335153
