Help Required - Raymond Grant (Lancing FC)

I hope that people don't mind to me posting this, but I am trying to track down a family who were very helpful to a friend of mine who became ill at Lancing FC last season.

The family are, i believe, the Grant family and their names are Raymond, Jane, Thomas and Lucy-Victoria. I believe that they live in Lancing or Sompting.

I would like to thank them, and if anybody knows whereabouts they live then I would like to send them a thank you present.
