What is wrong with you referee's?

Postby Geoff » Sun Feb 28 2010, 21:36

Vidic doesn't get sent off for a blatant goalscoring opportunity but Belletti does? We just want to see the same decision for everyone, that has really p'issed me off ... and I watched a Spanish game afterwards where the ref has asked the 4th officials opinion and given a pen and sent a player off. Why the f'uck can you people not be the same? Man Utd won a league cup because the referee did not make the right decision. Why oh why oh why?

Has to be an obvious goal scoring opportunity. Vidic got goal side of him therefore there was doubt. If in doubt no card.

Belletti broght Barry down fron behind as he was about to pull the trigger. No doubt, Red card.

That's the beauty of the game, we all have different opinions.
Who's side are you on ref?

Surely there should have been a caution?

Caution would have meant sending off... the ref didn't have the bottle. And it was a goal scoring opportunity, he was lucky to stay on the pitch, even Ferguson agreed with that, and it does beg the question about consistency.

Bet Ferguson wouldn't have said that if he had been sent off!

I'm still smarting over the two controversial* decisions the ref gave in the Wales v Switzerland ECQ game.

I thought we all knew that Man Utd win games thanks to a friendly ref.

Some media pundits actually think they win games because of Sir Alex Gum Chewer's 'managerial acumen'

* Derdiyok's 'goal' ruled offside and Ziegler's sending-off.

Hopp Basel !

NB: The term 'Hopp' is equivalent to Come on/Allez/Forza etc.
