Not a lot that one can say about the above result really, as both clubs appeared to be in not a mid life crisis more of a player crisis, as both sides struggled to get a fair compliment of troops not only on the field of play, but also bums on the bench, especially the Anvil bench.

Tho the Anvils had the majority of the play encamped in the Southwick half as one does, but were unable to penetrate the yellow wall set up before them, whilst as can be the case the Wickers or any other side in that situation can always be relied on in upsetting the proverbial 'apple cart' if and when allowed to breakout, it didnt quite come to that but it did result in the Anvils 100% home record going up in smoke, but also increased the gap between ourselves and the formidable H H combination down the road growing by another couple of points, perhaps looking back in retrospect we should all just sit back and be just happy with a point and a clean sheet and start again next week. ( weather and opposition permitting of course. )
