If he does leave Chelsea will find it hard to replace him. The players clearly dont want him to leave. Think Im right in saying Abramovich wasnt at the game Tuesday and he hasnt been celebrating like other years with the players. One thing I would say if Chelsea do win 2,3 or even 4 trophies this year how can a Owner/Chairman justify to fans by letting the manager leave. What can possibly have happened between the two of them if Mourinho does walk???

He might get miffed with Abramovich interfering a bit but he has a job where he is a kid in a sweet store and all the sweets are free!
