Undershorts colours

I was at a game yesterday, and noticed that several of the visiting players were wearing undershorts that were a different colour to their shorts. Has this Law been changed, or do referees just not bother with it anymore?

Law not changed, but assistant ref cannot ask them to pull their shorts up to check,. As photo shows, ref should asks these players to leave the field of play and remove under shorts. .Stupid law

As I understand the law 'if the under shorts are longer than the shorts worn they must be of the same colour'.
