Help !

For the past couple of days I have been experiencing the following problems with this hallowed site :

Slow response in general

When one 'Clicks' on a specific discussion item there is no response

When attempting to scroll down to view various topics in the 'Sussex County League' board, there is no response for a while followed by a multiple movement down the screen as if the process was in a 'Catch up' mode !

I have NO such issues with any other site.
I would be most grateful if some kind soul might either investigate or provide an explanation as it has become a great source of frustration for me.
