How easy would it be to have a search engine per forum?

For example I want to go back to a thread entitled "Posters From Every SCFL Club" and all I know was it was ages ago whereas if I could put in the above it would locate it.

You can search on a per forum basis using the forums in built search facility.

It's on the links above. Just left of the link you use to log in.
