Pre-season training

In light of the season coming to an end, im interested to know if anyone has any good pre-season routines they would like to suggest. I have never had to run a pre-season before and any advise would be appreciated??

I'm also a qualified trainer, but we're rivals in the league!!! If I move club (I'm looking to go into County) I'll either provide advice or you can contract me to do, if you're interested?


Speaking of what, it seems somebody have noticed us, we were suggested as possible managers for a recently relegated D1 side (see Sussex County - 28 April results)
