Due to a management reshuffle, Lancing United Football club are looking for a new reserve team manager and an assistant for the 2013/2014 season.

As Lancing United Football club are extremely passionate about working as one club, the successful candidates will need to be hard working, and be willing to not only work with their squad of players, but maintain a close relationship with the first team manager/assistant, as well as the clubs committee members.

The successful candidates will be expected to be able to attend and help run training, which is on a Tuesday and Thursday evening during pre season, and every Tuesday evening (under lights) at our home ground for the remainder of the season.
