Promotion to County Three

Having reviewed the MSFL minutes I see Willingdon Athletic have joined Peacehaven Utd in applying to join County Three. Any others from other feeder leagues also applying?

Am I right in thinking top two only are considered? Or might the SCFL make an exception based upon the low numbers in County 3 at present?

its great to hear that willingdon and peacehaven utd have applied. my club ferring fc have applied for county 2 next season as we have the funding . we had our 1st ground grade vist last wednesday and it went well.
