After reading this forum for a long time now I just wonder why County League clubs continue to stick with the same named managers which go from club to club, year in year out the same managers move from club to club, this year Ive seen plenty of Youth county football (u18) in which Ive watched teams like Burgess Hill, Lewes but also Chichester East Preston Eastbounre borough Hassocks Shoreham to name a few, but after watching a league cup semi final Chichester - Shoreham two weeks ago I was amazed at the standard of football,commitment and discipline shown, Managers at this level seem to be over looked why? Is it because they are not a Name? Are clubs frightend about taking a new fresh approach.
